Ingredient notes

Add ane cup of water to the insert of an Instant Pot (use one.5 cups if you have an 8 quart). Add together the trivet, and the block of frozen ground beef (removed from the bundle) on peak of the trivet. Put the hat on the Instant Pot, set the valve to 'sealing', and pressure cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Note - This cook time worked corking for 1 ½ to 2 inch thick slabs of ground beef; if your cake is thicker, you may need to alter the cook time.

This is the Instant Pot that we own and love!
Store At present
When the timer beeps, immediately release the pressure level (quick pressure level release). Using oven mitts, carefully remove the trivet + ground beef from the Instant Pot and place on a clean plate. Carefully dump out the water from the insert and return to the Instant Pot.
Quick Force per unit area Release

Instant Pot 101

Does this method piece of work for ground turkey or basis chicken?

Can I double the recipe?
Yes, however you'll want to release the pressure to flip halfway through, otherwise the outside of the beef volition end up tough while the interior is withal frozen. Korean Beef
- iv cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger finely grated
- 3 tablespoons honey
- iii tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- one ½ teaspoons sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon cherry-red pepper flakes
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 carrot shredded; optional
To Melt Frozen Basis Beef

Pressure cook - Add together 1 cup of h2o to the insert of an Instant Pot (use 1.5 cups if you have an 8 quart). Add the trivet, and the block of frozen ground beef (removed from the parcel) on peak of the trivet. Put the hat on the Instant Pot, ready the valve to 'sealing', and pressure level melt on high force per unit area for v minutes. *see note 1

Advisedly remove the trivet + ground beefiness from the Instant Pot and place on a clean plate. Advisedly dump out the water from the insert and return to the Instant Pot.
