MIT's Innovators Under 35 Europe Festival, 1 of the world's virtually distinguished events honouring young technology pioneers, is coming to Ireland for the first time!

Since its creation, MIT Engineering Review has been publishing an annual list of the most brilliant Innovators Under 35. Notable alumni include Google Founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page, CRISPR Technology Pioneer Feng Zhang and Tesla Motors Co-Founder JB Straubel. The Innovators Under 35 Europe Festival is sponsored past Údarás na Gaeltachta, North West City Region Councils of Derry City and Strabane District Council and Donegal Canton Council, NUI Galway, Catalyst, Open University, Unosquare and Atlantic Technological Academy.
The Innovators Under 35 Europe award unites Europe's community of young technological leaders and provides them with a platform to showcase their achievements in biotechnology and medicine, calculator and electronics, hardware, software, Internet, artificial intelligence, robotics, telecommunications, nanotechnology and materials, energy and transportation.
Located at the edge of Europe and nestled beneath the Errigal Mount, Gaoth Dobhair is a plumbing fixtures location for rebooting the Festival after a 2-year hiatus acquired by the coronavirus pandemic.
